Kate Harper
Kate is a professionally qualified Learning and development specialist with more than 25 years of relevant experience gained through working with public, private and voluntary sector organisations. She was a secondary school teacher and then spent nearly 20 years as an Army Officer in the Educational and Training Services branch. Since leaving the Army she has worked in various senior leadership and Learning and Development roles which have further broadened her experience.
She is a member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel Development (CIPD) and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI). She has a Masters degree in Management of Training and Development, a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Development and is a qualified teacher.
Kate is qualified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Steps 1 and 2, has completed a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner course and has diplomas in Business and Life Coaching.
